CyVerse UK is now part of the EI Nationa Capability in e-Infrastructure.
In the spirit of Open Science and outreach CyVerse UK fosters collaborations in the wide life science community.
At today we host on our infrastructure Grassroots and the COPO Project. We also run a pilot Galaxy instance available for researchers at ILRI-BecAHub in Kenya to submit jobs to the CyVerse UK pool. Collaborators on site were also provided with custom VMs for development and research purposes.
In the future we will also host the main infrastructure for the UK Wheat Information System.
