To make sure everything is up to date and running as expected we sometimes need to bring part or all of the system down for maintenance. We’ll usually send an email to let all users with running instances this is about to happen, and we’ll try to schedule maintenance when it creates less disruption. If something isn’t working as expected you can check here to see if there’s a planned maintenance in place and how long it’s going to last. The CyVerse UK applications rely on the Agave API, if in doubt check their status page as well.
